Cryptic Emails from Abroad

This message just found its way to my inbox:

I have succumb to the depths of tanning booths. I'm totally addicted. If you tell anyone I'll kill you.

I won't name any names, of course, but let me just say that I hope my dearest Czech darling comes back to the states a lovely golden brown.
